Executive Chef Christine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and forged her reputation as a culinary artist with outstanding mentors in the finest kitchens in Manhattan, including Restaurant Daniel, and in New Jersey at the Ryland Inn and the Farmhouse. She is a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Mary Beth started her hospitality career as a pastry chef at The Bellevue-Stratford Hotel in downtown Philadelphia and then owned and operated an off-site catering business serving the Montgomery and Bucks County area. Mary Beth has over 20 years of experience with corporate events, working at Marriott, Westin and Hyatt hotels in the Princeton area. Planning executive dinners, multi-day retreats, product launches, holiday parties… events and experiences ranging from 10 guests to thousands. Her goal is to give personal service on every level and represent the best properties. In her spare time she still loves to cook, especially teaching cooking classes to youth and people struggling with illnesses.
